New Norfolk District Basketball

In recent years the New Norfolk District Basketball Association has had alot of success. The current Under 14 soon to be under 16 team consisting of Shenade Rainbird, Casey Bell, Mikhala Neads, Kelsey Pauly, Clare Hayden, Katelyn Turner and Bianca Powell are current Greater Hobart Champions, Southern Club Champions, Launceston State Classic Champions and represented Tasmania in the 2005 National Championships. All this achieved by a great group of girls from the Derwent Valley who train so hard to achieve their goals. This team and these players have a strong sporting future.
